MR. ANDRE TAKES DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS

The Street-cool visual artist, entrepreneur & nightlife authority, Andre Saraiva, opened  a club no one was expecting to pop up in the neon city of Las Vegas: “The Empty Club”. This conceptual space, along with new MR.
